hari ini start exercise :)

30 times sit up. 5 set. pagi before breakfast, then before lunch, 2jam after lunch. petang and malam. and petang tadi berlari for 1hour. hahaha. naik semput aku tau tak. amik hula hoop itu. gelek gelek dekat perut. dah buncit perut aku. makan pun skrg control. so work hard to make a good performance.




p/s:   i have a deal with ZAFIRAH AMANI nak simpan rambut panjang samasama.^.^
